In order to streamline our services, here are some quick and easy downloads of frequently used inhouse forms:

Art Requirements
Our Art Requirements contains information on Image Resolution and Sizing, Logos, Productiion Time, Art Time and hourly rates, and FTP Site information.

Resale Certificate
For companies or entities that are exempt from Sales Tax, or are purchasing products and services for Resale, simply download the State of Texas Comptroller forms.

Payment Form
When doing business with Display Concepts, this easy to use Payment form includes payment by Credit Card or Company Check.

FTP Site
Graphic files can easily be uploaded to our FTP Site. The FTP address, User ID, Password, and folder information is included.
